1. Comvest Credit Partners announced that it is acting as an administrative agent on a $245 million senior secured credit facility for Allied OMS.

2. Allied OMS received a minority investment led by 65 Equity Partners with a co-investment from Everberg Capital. 

3. Allied OMS acquired four oral surgery practices in Indiana and Texas in July.
