Houston-based Specialty1 Partners has completed a multispecialty joint venture between two practices in Ohio.
The deal involves a partnership between Northeastern Endodontic Specialists in Wooster, Ohio, and Tuscarawas Oral Surgery and Implant Center in New Philadelphia, Ohio. The deal marks a first-of-its-kind joint venture model in specialty dentistry, according to a Jan. 29 news release.
