Dental AI company Pearl has hired Eugene Katz to be its first vice president of customer success.
In this newly created role, Mr. Katz will spearhead the company’s customer success strategy and build on its provider-first approach to ensure dental teams are finding value in their use of Pearl AI products, according to a Feb. 12 news release.
Mr. Katz has more than a decade of experience leading customer success at software companies such as Atlassian, Okta and Adobe.
