Lincoln, Neb.-based Paradigm Oral Health named Blake Ballenger, DDS, as chief clinical officer and Rian Cho, DDS, as chief growth officer.
As chief clinical officer, Dr. Ballenger will lead the education and development of surgeons on the platform, as well as the organization’s clinical quality and workflow standards, according to a Sept. 9 news release from Paradigm Oral Health.
In the role of chief growth officer, Dr. Cho will be responsible for the platform’s organic growth, including the development of new practices and recruitment of new surgeons.
Dr. Ballenger and Dr. Cho, along with David Rallis, DDS, MD, CEO of Paradigm Oral Health, and Daniel Yacoob, DDS, MD, COO of the platform, hold the most senior executive roles in the organization.
The oral surgery platform completed a surgeon-led buyback of BlackRock Long Term Private Capital’s majority ownership stake in July.
Paradigm Oral Health also added Tom Dietrich, DDS, MD, and Daniel Jeong, DDS, to its board of directors, the release said.
