Effingham, Ill.-based Heartland Dental is partnering with DentalXChange to add RCM solutions across its network.
Heartland Dental will be adding DentalXChange’s Eligibility Artificial Intelligence and PortalPass platforms, according to an April 21 news release.
Eligibility AI automates insurance eligibility verification, while PortalPass simplifies portal credential management.
The two organizations will continue to partner on other platforms as Heartland Dental looks to streamline the revenue cycle across its network, according to the news release.
Heartland Dental supports more than 1,900 locations in the U.S.
