Dental AI developed Videa has debuted Ambient Intelligence, a conversational intelligence program built for dental practices.
Ambient Intelligence is designed to provide practices with insights into what communication styles resonate with patients, where communication may be breaking down and how staff can better respond to patients’ concerns and fears, according to a May 12 news release from Videa.
Over time, the program will provide practices with more in-depth practice intelligence, including opportunities for practices to improve conversations with patients.
In the six months since launching Voice Notes, another AI voice program, Videa has created more than 30,000 notes for hundreds of dental practices.
Broad availability of Ambient Intelligence is expected by the end of 2026, the release said.
