Here are six DSOs that have expanded their networks into new states so far this year:
1. Troy, Mich.-based Smile Partners USA has expanded its network to Massachusetts and Ohio.
2. Dallas-based Ideal Dental added its first location in Oklahoma.
3. Great Neck, N.Y.-based The Smilist expanded its network into Virginia.
4. Troy, Mich.-based Smile Partners USA expanded into Ohio, its sixth market.
5. Chicago-based The Sonrisa Group expanded its network into Florida with an acquisition and multiple location openings.
5. Minneapolis-based Park Dental Partners acquired two general dentistry practices, including its first practice in Arizona.
6. Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Vitana Pediatric & Orthodontic Partners added its first Maryland practice.
