Roseville, Minn.-based Park Dental Partners has expanded its network in several states since launching its IPO last year.
In December, Park Dental Partners announced an initial public offering of 1,535,000 shares of common stock at $13 per share. The DSO said it plans to use proceeds from the IPO to support practice acquisitions, capital expenditures, working capital and repayment and financing of outstanding debt.
The DSO currently supports more than 220 dentists and 87 practice locations in three states.
Here are seven updates since the DSO’s IPO:
1. Earlier this year, Park Dental Partners reported $244.5 million in revenue during 2025, a 6.4% increase over 2024. It also reported $20 million in gross proceeds from its IPO.
2. Park Dental Partners acquired two general dentistry practices in January, including its first practice in Arizona.
3. The DSO continued to expand in Arizona with the acquisition of Ironwood Dental in Tucson.
4. Park Dental Partners brought in $62.7 million in revenue during the first quarter of 2026.
5. Park Dental, a brand of Park Dental Partners, opened a location in Bloomington, Minn., in April.
6. Park Dental opened a practice in Forest Lake, Minn., in May.
7. The DSO affiliated with Zumbro View Dental in Rochester, Minn., earlier this month.
