1. Houston-based Specialty1 Partners added Andrew Sousa as its vice president of business development.
2. Chicago-based The Aspen Group appointed Rafeh Masood as chief commercial officer.
3. Pittsburgh-based North American Dental Group named Katie Lee, DDS, its vice president of education and development.
4. Waltham, Mass.-based 42 North Dental welcomed Greg Wappett back to the company as chief development officer.
5. PDS Health Medical, the medical arm of Henderson, Nev.-based PDS Health, appointed Brett Bingham as president.
