Chicago-based Aspen Dental has launched a five-year commitment to deliver up to $100 million in donated dental care and community service through its Healthy Mouth Movement.
The Healthy Mouth Movement is Aspen Dental’s initiative to provide free dental care to underserved communities and veterans.
The DSO’s new five-year commitment will kick off during the company’s annual Day of Service event Nov. 7, according to a July 6 news release. Providers within the company’s 1,100-office network will then continue to offer donated care through the TAG Oral Care Center for Excellence in Chicago, in addition to community partnerships, local office initiatives and other programs.
This marks one of the largest oral health access initiatives of its kind, Aspen Dental said.
At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
