Colorado Springs, Colo.-based Peak Dental Services has become the first DSO to deploy the SCORE survey, a peer-reviewed clinician well-being assessment used in more than 30 countries.
The SCORE survey was developed by Duke Health to measure psychological safety, local leadership, emotional thriving, emotional recovery and burnout.
The effort is being led by CEO Bridget Duffy, MD, who joined Peak in January. Dr. Duffy previously served as the nation’s first chief experience officer in healthcare at Cleveland Clinic, where she established the Office of Patient Experience to improve outcomes across the patient experience and staff engagement.
Peak also appointed Anthony Lere, DDS, as chief experience officer and Carrie Mauterer, DDS, as chief well-being and quality officer — both described as firsts in U.S. dentistry.
Peak Dental Services supports more than 60 practices in Colorado and Texas.
At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
