Irving, Texas-based U.S. Oral Surgery Management has appointed Jennifer Ellis as CFO.
Ms. Ellis brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance with publicly traded and privately owned companies, according to a news release shared with Becker’s. She previously served as CFO of Nothing Bundt Cakes, a private equity-backed franchise with more than 800 locations and more than $1 billion in annual systemwide sales, where she helped the company achieve more than 20% compound annual growth and led its private sale transaction. She has also held financial leadership roles at Sally Beauty Holdings, Chico’s FAS, Tailored Brands and Michael’s Stores.
