Dr. Hasenfelt is joining a team of 14 volunteer dentists at the clinic, in addition to dental assistants and hygienists who pledge their time to dental care for uninsured clients. Dr. Hasenfelt earned his dental degree at East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine in Greenville, N.C.
The clinic completed a major renovation last year that included the addition of five new dental stations, according to the report.
