Private equity firm TJC is planning to launch a sale of New Hyde Park, N.Y.-based Dental365 in 2027, PE Hub reported Aug. 19.

TJC acquired Dental365 from its founding shareholders, Scott Asnis, DDS, and David Kim, MD, in 2021 through its Resolute Fund. Since then, Dental365 has significantly expanded its footprint, growing from nearly 70 locations at the time of acquisition to more than 160 practices in seven states.

The PE firm is expected to sell the company within the next six to 12 months. The dental clinical organization could fetch a valuation based on $75 million to $100 million in EBITDA generated over the last year, two of the sources told PE Hub.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place September 14-15 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
