4. Imagen affiliated with Pineview Aesthetic & Family Dentistry in Bellevue, Wash.
5. The dental partnership organization affiliated with Cosmetic Smiles in Houston.
6. The DPO partnered with Heiden Family Dental in Sunnyside, Wash.
7. George Fox was appointed senior vice president of mergers and acquisitions.
8. Imagen Dental Partners partnered with Smile Crafters in Gilbert, Ariz.
9. The dental partnership organization added Smiles on Clark in Orcutt, Calif.
10. Cedar Park, Texas-based Campbell Dental affiliated with the DPO in February.
