An MB2 Dental property in Yuba City, Calif., was recently sold for $1.65 million.
The single-tenant property was sold at a 6.3% cap rate to a 1031 exchange investor, according to a Sept. 1 news release from NX3 Commercial Group, which represented the buyer.
The all-cash transaction closed in 14 days from the letter of intent.
