Here are four dental practice and clinic closures that have taken place since July:
1. A free dental clinic in Youngstown, Ohio, closed after Choffin Career & Technical Center paused its dental assisting program due to low enrollment.
2. Cuddle Kids Dental Care in Fort Worth, Texas, closed after a 4-year-old patient’s death.
3. Senan Orthodontic Studio in McAllen, Texas, closed without warning after reportedly failing to pay rent.
4. Golden-based Colorado School of Mines abruptly closed its dental clinic as part of a broader 1% staff reduction in July.
