Overland Park, Kan.-based Aria Care Partners has acquired Precision Mobile Care, a dental services provider.
Precision Mobile Care serves thousands of residents in more than half of the skilled nursing communities across Utah, providing preventive and restorative dental care, according to an Sept. 1 news release from Aria Care Partners.
The acquisition represents the culmination of a ten-year partnership under which Aria Care Partners provided dental insurance to many residents of Precision Mobile Care’s client communities.
Aria Care Partners will retain Precision Mobile Care’s client-facing team and existing onsite schedules to ensure continuity of care, the release said.
