San Antonio-based 7 to 7 Dental & Orthodontics recently experienced a data breach affecting 3,526 individuals.
The 12-location practice reported the breach to the Texas attorney general’s office Sept. 17. The filing does not provide additional details regarding the specific information involved.
The Federman & Sherwood law firm said it is investigating potential legal claims on behalf of affected individuals.
