When patients showed up to Bayside Family Dentistry the doors were locked. The lobby furniture was inside the building, but no staff.

The Ohio State Dental Board released the following statement about the closure, according to WTVG.

“Thank you for contacting the Ohio State Dental Board regarding Dr. Delbert Davis. The Board is unable to address questions regarding investigations because proceedings of the board relative to the investigation of a complaint or the determination whether there are reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of O.R.C. chapter 4715 has occurred are confidential.”

The license of Delbert Davis, DDS, remains active and expires in December.
