Tempe, Ariz.-based Align Technology has appointed Jennifer Davis, former CEO of Procter & Gamble’s global healthcare business, as president and CEO, effective Dec. 31.
Ms. Davis has 33 years of experience leading innovation, digital transformation and brand building. At P&G, she was responsible for a multibillion-dollar portfolio that included oral health and personal health brands.
She will succeed Joe Hogan, who has led the company since 2015 and will retire from the board June 16, according to an Oct. 28 news release.
