Jason Bajuscak, DDS, of Portland, Ore.-based City Dental is donating medical gloves, masks and disinfectant to emergency room physicians in dire need of supplies, according to local FOX affiliate KPTV.

Another dentist in Denver, Aaron Goodman, DDS, has gifted surgical gowns to the fire department after postponing surgeries at his practice, reports local ABC affiliate Denver7.

The decision to gift hospitals supplies follows a CMS announcement urging dentists to cancel all non-urgent procedures.
