UnitedHealthcare ranks highest in customer satisfaction with dental plan providers, according to the J.D. Power 2014 Dental Plan Satisfaction Report.

Here are the overall customer satisfaction index scores (based on a 1,000-point scale) for dental plan providers, according to the survey:

 

•    UnitedHealthcare — 753
•    Aetna — 734
•    Humana — 728
•    Cigna — 726
•    Report Average — 723
•    MetLife — 705
•    Guardian — 699
•    United Concordia — 695

 

The report is based on responses from 2,640 dental plan members.
