Under the agreement, Aspen Dental will pay at least $770,000 to first-time customers who were allegedly forced to pay for services the company promised would be provided at no cost. The company will also pay the Commonwealth $220,000, according to the report.
Aspen Dental disagreed with the allegations, but paid to bring the matter to a close, according to the report.
