Juan Ramos Jacobe was arrested March 26 after the Loudoun County (Va.) Sheriff’s Office received a report alleging he had sexually assaulted a mildly sedated minor while practicing unlicensed dentistry in his home, according to WDVM.
Mr. Jacobe was charged in March with the sexual assault of a minor and practicing unlicensed dentistry, and he was charged in July with an additional count of assault and battery, five counts of sexual assault and five counts of practicing unlicensed dentistry. The 11 additional charges he faced were the result of more victims coming forward.
He now faces two more charges, one for misdemeanor sexual assault and one for felony practicing unlicensed dentistry, according to WDVM.
Court officials told the station Mr. Jacobe will have a preliminary hearing Nov. 12 and all his charges will go to a grand jury in December. He is being held without bond.
