Ms. Crum is succeeding co-founder Merritt Dake, who is stepping back from the position to pursue personal interests and will continue with Rock Dental as a board member and strategic adviser.
Ms. Crum joined Rock Dental in 2019 as COO after serving 17 years in a variety of leadership roles at Verizon Wireless.
Rock Dental is based in Little Rock, Ark., and operates 84 dental clinics throughout Arkansas and Missouri.
