Mr. Edwards brings to the Newport Beach, Calif.-based company nearly a decade of experience working in finance, accounting and HR for software companies. He also has more than 15 years of private equity and merger and acquisitions experience.
Mr. Edwards attended the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce with a concentration in accounting.
