The company said it received $317.3 million in cash as of closing and expects to receive additional payouts in the first half of 2022 to reach a total of $383 million.
Envista said it will use the funds for future acquisitions and internal investments.
Envista’s imaging business, which uses select KaVo products, will remain under Envista as part of its equipment and consumables segment.
