Endodontic Associates has nine locations across southeast Michigan and employs nearly 30 percent of Michigan’s endodontists, according to an April 7 press release.
Tusk Partners, a dental industry merger and acquisition adviser, advised Endodontic Associates on the deal.
Endo1 Partners has partnerships with over 139 practices in 22 states.
