Eight milestones:
1. Denton, Texas-based DSO Community Dental Partners completed its first out-of-state affiliation in February with the addition of Indianapolis-based Same Day Dental to its network.
2. Carrollton, Texas-based MB2 Dental added its first practice affiliation in North Carolina, its 36th state, March 28. It also added its 400th practice overall in February.
3. Nashville, Tenn.-based DSO Specialty Dental Brands closed a $660 million senior credit facility from Oxford Finance March 24.
4. Four DSOs were named among the fastest growing private companies in the U.S. by Inc. magazine for 2022.
5. Colorado Springs, Colo.-based Peak Dental Services surpassed 50 affiliated practices by adding Modern Dental at Flying Horse to its network in February.
6. Miami-based Guardian Dentistry Partners added Value Dental Carolinas to its network Feb. 10, its first practice in South Carolina.
7. Boca Raton, Fla.-based Sage Dental reached 70 practices in January.
8. Georgetown, Texas-based Smile Doctors gained an investment from private equity firm Thomas H. Lee Partners in January.
