Here seven ways to effectively use social media to grow a dental practice, writes Dave Kerpen, founder and CEO of Likeable Dentists, and author of the article:
1. Listen first and never stop listening for what people are saying about you online.
2. Don’t tell your patients to like you or follow you — tell them why and how they should.
3. Be authentic.
4. Ask questions.
5. Surprise and delight your patients.
6. Share pictures and videos.
7. Spend at least 30 minutes a day on social media.
