The surgical system gives dentists more precise and minimally invasive access to tooth structures, according to an April 26 news release. Dentists can see a live 3D view of a patient’s mouth and are given a digital handpiece to guide their movements during surgery.
The surgical system has been used to perform more than 175,000 dental implants.
