The single-use product, Dove Aero, addresses three key components critical to disease spread: evacuation, backflow and aerosol management. Dove said it is the first product to address all three components without compromising patient experience or altering dental practices.

Dove Aero combines high-volume ejector suction with a saliva ejector for one-way backflow. It also features a patented external aerosol chamber that manages up to 95 percent of airborne particles when combined with internal fluid evacuation, Dove said in a May 11 news release.

At the Becker's 5th Annual Future of Dentistry Roundtable, taking place November 12–14 in Chicago, dental leaders and executives will gain insights into emerging technologies, practice growth strategies and the evolving landscape of dental care delivery, with a focus on innovation, patient experience and operational excellence.
