The dental practice is led by Ernesto Delgado Perez, DDS, according to a June 2 news release.
The practice opening is one of several to be completed by the DSO in recent weeks, with three dental practices in the Midwest added in May.
Affordable Care is the largest DSO in the U.S., with 400 affiliated dental practices in 42 states.
