Dentist plans to up security after vandalism at Oklahoma dental practice

An Oklahoma dentist is planning to increase security measures at his dental practice after vandals threw a brick through his office’s window, Oklahoma News 4 reported June 17.

Mark Youngker, DDS, of Smile Appeal Orthodontics in Oklahoma City, said a person crashed their car into a pillar outside his dental office and then got out and threw a brick into his practice’s window June 14, causing more than $1,000 in damages. He told the news station he does not  know who the person was, but suspects it may be a person he has seen loitering outside the office. 

Dr. Youngker told the news station he plans to install glass-break detectors and security cameras.
