1. Walter Petersohn will step down from his position as senior vice president and chief commercial officer Sept. 30.
2. Don Casey was fired as CEO of the company in April and permanently replaced by Simon Campion Sept. 12.
3. The dental supplier terminated Chief Accounting Officer Ranjit Chadha Sept. 2 and replaced him with Richard Wagner.
4. The company named Glenn Coleman CFO and executive vice president, effective Sept. 26.
