The company released its third quarter financial report Nov. 9.
Here are five notes on Sonendo’s third quarter financial performance:
1. Sonendo’s saw 25 percent more revenue during the third quarter of 2022 than the third quarter of 2021.
2. Consumable revenue made up $4.8 million of the company’s total third quarter revenue.
3. The company’s ending install base for its GentleWave system was approximately 935 units, compared to about 750 units for the third quarter of 2021.
4. Total operating expenses was $16.9 million, compared to $13.1 million in the third quarter of last year.
5. Sonendo’s net loss was $15.5 million, compared to $12.7 million for the third quarter of last year.
Sonendo said it expects total 2022 revenue to be between $40.5 million to $42.5 million, a 22 percent to 28 percent increase over 2021.
