Freedom Day USA provides free services for military, veterans: 4 dentists to know

This past Thursday, Sept. 8, marked the fourth annual Freedom Day USA — a national event where businesses across the United States offered free services to those who have served in the military. The event was founded by Robert Martino, DDS, owner of the W. Va.-based chain Wilson Martino Dental.

Here are a few of the dentists who participated this year:

1. Craig Spodak, DMD, of the Delray Beach, Fla.-based Spodak Dental Group.

2. Ron Goers, DDS, of the Darien, Ill.-based Goers Dental Care, according to the Chicago Tribune.

3. Amanda Canto, DDS, of Cosmetic Dentists of Houston.

4. Jennifer Koonce, DDS, of the Oklahoma-based Shawnee Dental, according to the Pawhuska Journal-Capital.
