Henry Miller was allegedly employed as a dental assistant at an Affordable Dentures & Implants location in Ponca City, Okla. He has been accused of performing dental services without a license on multiple patients who claim they later suffered pain after their treatment. The Oklahoma Board of Dentistry also filed a lawsuit against the office that allegedly employed Mr. Miller. One patient also filed a lawsuit against the office’s owner, Christopher Ryan Bugg, DDS, after being treated by Mr. Miller.

A warrant was issued for Mr. Miller in January for the state board’s felony charge, but he has yet to be arrested. Kay NewsCow reported that anyone with information on Mr. Miller’s location is urged to contact authorities.

Becker’s contacted Affordable Care, the parent company of Affordable Dentures & Implants, for comment and will update this story as more information becomes available.
