Dental hygienists using Bola AI’s Voice Perio system were able to save 18.5 minutes each day, and the percentage of hygienists who used other staff members to help record probing results decreased 63 percent, according to the study.
The introduction of Bola AI also created a return on investment of nine times the initial investment. With the rate of return, the average payback period is one to two months.
The data for the study was collected from 27 practices over the course of three months, the report said.
