New York City-based private equity firm HealthpointCapital completed the sale of the international dental laboratory network MicroDental Laboratories.
St. Paul, Minn.-based Patterson Co. promoted two company executives. Dave Misiak, former president of Patterson Dental U.S., was promoted to president of Patterson Dental North America; Dave Lardy, former vice president of Enterprise Business Services, was promoted to CIO.
American Fork, Utah-based Henry Schein Practice Solutions was awarded a Utah Business Diversity Award.
