Mr. Munoz rented a room in the store, providing dental services including examinations, tooth extractions, anesthetics and cleanings. According to a statement from the Milford Police Department, Mr. Munoz does not have a dental license or any certifications to practice dentistry.
Mr. Munoz faces charges of unauthorized practice of medicine and unauthorized practice of dentistry.
Maria Guaman-Castro, who rented the room to Mr. Munoz, was also arrested and was charged with conspiracy, the report said.
