In the newly created executive role, Ms. Rochon will have a wide range of strategic and tactical responsibilities focused on growing MouthWatch across all product lines and distribution channels.
Specific areas of responsibility include mentoring sales and marketing team members; leading teams to develop and design new programs and initiatives; and establishing and monitoring performance metrics for the company’s marketing and sales teams, among others.
Ms. Rochon earned her MBA from Boston-based Harvard Business School and has more than 25 years of experience with dental companies including Air Techniques and Dentsply Sirona.
