Here are four dental organizations that have expanded their use of artificial intelligence so far this year, including DSOs, dental practices and dental schools:
1. Jonesboro, Ark.-based GPS Dental integrated VideaHealth’s AI-powered platform into its network of more than 100 dental practices.
2. Dallas-based Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics selected IntelePeer’s AI platform to improve patient engagement and streamline operations across its more than 70 practices.
3. Omaha, Neb.-based Bundy Family Dentistry partnered with Brown Bacon AI to integrate generative AI-driven pre- and post-operative patient assistance.
4. The University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry received a grant to add Pearl Calibrate into its educational and research programs, an AI-powered clinical calibration tool for dental X-ray evaluation and diagnosis.
