SoftSmile's Vision artificial intelligence software was named the winner of the Artificial Intelligence Excellence Awards program.
Vision is used by clear aligner manufacturers and orthodontists to create thousands of treatment plans every week using the software, according to a March 23 new release.
The software has helped orthodontists complete treatment planning in 95 percent less time than traditional processes, the release said.
The company currently has 64 patents and 30 patents pending as it looks to expand its product portfolio in 2023
