Dental Robot was created to automate the insurance verification process for DSOs, but with the implementation of IntelePeer communications platform, Dental Robot will improve its revenue cycle management data integrity, according to an Oct. 26 news release from IntelePeer.
Through the partnership, Dental Robot will expand to include features such as the automation of messaging, chat and email interactions; bill payment; and appointment scheduling, confirmation reminders, and rescheduling capabilities for both new and existing patients.
