Here are 12 updates on the dental AI industry that Becker's reported on in the first quarter of 2024:

1. Cincinnati-based Cordental Group partnered with Overjet to provide dental AI to its network of 42 affiliated practices.

2. A group of dental providers was denied class certification in their lawsuit against SmileDirectClub.

3. Dental benefits administrator Liberty Dental Plans launched a care management platform powered by generative AI.
