The program allows dentists to more easily document teeth conditions and create treatment plans, and dental hygienists can better document key oral markers, according to a May 9 news release.

Community Health Alliance, a federally qualified health center with six locations throughout Nevada is part of the Sunoh.ai early adopter program.

“Ensuring we always have a dental assistant available for charting poses substantial staffing issues,” Lisa Collier, DDS, chief dental officer at Community Health Alliance. “We’re thrilled to use Sunoh.ai because it accelerates periochart documentation and captures detailed information. Now, we’re able to go through the exam with voice commands, which frees up our dental assistants to complete other important tasks.”
