Modento’s communication system, which includes two-way communication, virtual check-ins, digital forms and treatment and payment plans, will provide more data for Dental Intelligence’s analytics and artificial intelligence solution.
“Our analytics and online scheduling technologies combined with Modento’s patient engagement and communications will help practices provide more and better dentistry to their patients,” Dental Intelligence CEO Weston Lunsford said in a March 12 news release.
The entire Modento team will join Dental Intelligence.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
