Here are the top six reasons for the unexpected visits.

1. Pain in mouth: 33 percent

2. Chipped or cracked tooth: 26 percent

3. Cavity: 20 percent

4. Crown fell off: 14 percent

5. Filling fell out: 14 percent

6. Bleeding gums: 8 percent
